There is no minimum quantity you must order! Whether you need 1 or 100 hats, we’ve got you covered. We do however, offer tiered discounts based on quantities ordered. Check out the individual product pages to see how much you save when ordering larger quantities.
At Hat Hub, you don’t need a price quote – Our prices factor in your order requirements and provide you with the cost in real-time so you don’t have to waste time and energy dealing with a pesky back and forth process just to know the price of what you are ordering.
We can work with many image file types (eg. JPG, PNG, etc..) for a fantastic result. That being said, it is much easier to digitize your logo for placement on our hats using a Scalable Vector Graphic (SVG) or Portable Document Format (PDF).
We ship all of our orders with Canada Post. If you would like to know the cost to ship your order, you can use the shipping calculator on the checkout page before finalizing the purchase.
We currently only ship to Canadian addresses.
At Hat Hub, we strive to provide high-quality custom embroidered items tailored to your needs. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please note that we do not accept returns for changes in design preferences, spelling errors, or sizing issues that are a direct result of incorrect information or measurements provided by the customer. We ask that you ensure all custom design aspects are correct before submitting them. If you become aware of a mistake in the information or specifications you have provided us with your order, please notify us as soon as possible and we will make our best effort to correct it, so long as we have not begun the embroidering process.
